These terms govern your use of BlyndSyde, a macOS application provided by Prismia Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using BlyndSyde, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

Subject to these terms and your active subscription (where required), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use BlyndSyde on Mac computers that you own or control, in line with the Mac App Store usage rules.

2. Subscriptions and free trials

BlyndSyde is offered on a subscription basis with two plans:

• Monthly: $2.99 per month, with a 14-day free trial.
• Yearly: $19.99 per year, with a 14-day free trial.

All purchases, free trials, renewals, and refunds are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's standard terms. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions on day 15 unless cancelled before then.

How to cancel: Manage or cancel your subscription at any time via System Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions on your Mac. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use BlyndSyde for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the app or your subscription.
• Use the app to circumvent screen recording, content protection, or security measures of third-party software.

5. Intellectual property

BlyndSyde, including all software, design, branding, and assets, is the property of Prismia Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. No warranties

BlyndSyde is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with every Mac configuration.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismia Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of BlyndSyde. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us (via Apple) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Termination

You may stop using BlyndSyde at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated within the app. Continued use of BlyndSyde after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
