BlyndSyde is built on a simple principle: your screen is yours. This policy explains what data BlyndSyde collects, processes, or transmits — which, in short, is none of it.
1. Who we are
BlyndSyde is developed and operated by Prismia Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Prismia Ltd.
2. What data we collect
None. BlyndSyde does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app does not include analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or any tracking technology.
Specifically:
- We do not require an account.
- We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or device identifiers.
- We do not record, log, or transmit anything about your screen, your usage, or your activity.
- The app's screen-capture functionality is processed entirely on-device using Apple's ScreenCaptureKit framework. Captured frames never leave your Mac.
3. Network activity
BlyndSyde's only network interaction is with Apple's App Store and StoreKit services, which handle subscription purchases, free trials, renewals, and receipts. These interactions are governed by Apple's privacy policy and are necessary for the app to verify your subscription status. We do not receive any personally identifiable information from Apple as part of this process.
4. Subscriptions and payments
All subscription billing is processed by Apple. We never see, store, or have access to your payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through System Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions on your Mac.
5. Cookies and trackers
This website is a static page. It does not use cookies, third-party trackers, advertising networks, or analytics scripts.
6. Children's privacy
BlyndSyde is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, of any age.
7. Your rights
Because we don't hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on request. If you believe we hold data about you and want to verify, you can contact us at the address below.
8. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how BlyndSyde handles data, we will update this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in a new app release with notes.
